Carter Bay Coupons & Verified Offers for October 2026

Easy upgrade, looks nice

I finally got around to replacing our old, junky entry door handleset. Found a nice one on Carter Bay's site. It was pretty easy to find what I wanted and the pictures looked accurate. It showed up earlier than the tracking said, which was cool. Putting it on wasn't too bad, maybe 30 minutes, and I'm not super handy. It definitely made the front door look way better. Feels sturdy too. Good experience overall, nothing complicated.

Quick delivery, solid lock

Ordered a new Deadbolt. Arrived fast. Installation was simple. Works well. Good quality for the price.

Good value for a set

I was looking to replace all the door hardware in my house without spending a fortune. I checked out a few places, and Carter Bay had a decent deal on a bundle of Lever Locksets and matching Ball Bearing Hinges. I signed up for their newsletter and got a small first-order discount, which helped. Free shipping on the door hardware was a plus too. Everything arrived well-packaged. For the price, I felt like I got a good deal on everything I needed. It was definitely worth the purchase to get everything at once and save a bit.

Great value on deadbolts

I was looking for some good quality Deadbolts that wouldn't break the bank for a rental property. I found Carter Bay had a decent sale going on, and with the first order discount, the price was really competitive. The deadbolts arrived quickly and felt solid once installed. Definitely got my money's worth and then some. Glad I checked them out.

So happy with my hinges!

I bought a set of Ball Bearing Hinges for my front door and they are just perfect! They look so good and feel really sturdy. Installation was a breeze for my husband. I am definitely coming back for more hardware for our next project. Highly recommend!

Good lockset, slow delivery

I ordered a Keypad Entry Lock for my garage. The lock itself is good quality and works as expected. The instructions were clear enough for me to install it without much trouble. My only gripe is that shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated, about 8 days to get here. Otherwise, a solid purchase and I'd consider them again.

Smooth ordering process, decent product

I needed a new Entry Door Handleset for my main entrance and decided to try Carter Bay. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the specific style I was looking for pretty quickly. The checkout process was straightforward. Shipping took about five days, which was within the estimated timeframe. The handleset itself seems to be of good quality, heavy and with a nice finish. Installation was relatively easy, although one of the screws was a bit fiddly to get in straight. It looks good on the door and feels secure. I also contacted customer service with a question about finishes before ordering, and they responded within a day with helpful information. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

Solid lockset, good support

I ordered the Electronic Access Control system for my front door and a few matching Passage Knobs for interior doors. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found everything easily. Delivery took about five business days, which was within the estimated timeframe. Installation of the electronic system was a bit trickier than I expected for a DIYer, so I contacted their customer service. The representative was helpful and patient, guiding me through some of the programming steps. The quality of the hardware seems very good, sturdy and well-finished. The electronic lock has been working perfectly since installation, and the interior knobs feel substantial. My only minor gripe was the installation instructions for the electronic lock could be clearer for someone without much experience.

Reliable as always

This was my third time ordering from Carter Bay, this time for some Privacy Levers for a bathroom renovation. Like my previous orders, everything came well-packaged and was exactly as described on the website. The quality is consistent, which is why I keep coming back. I always know what to expect with their products and service.
